Job Description


Company Name: Dcodetech Industrial Training Pvt.Ltd
Location: Thane West (Just 2 min. walking distance from Rly. Station) |
Working time: 10am to 7pm
Week-Off: Sunday

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)
Support in student placement drives and coordinate with partner companies
Maintain candidate and student placement records
Help organize on-boarding, induction, and engagement programs
Collaborate with the HR team for training and performance initiatives

Requirements:
Any Graduate Freshers or Experienced with Certification in Recruitment Or Experienced at Hiring Consultancy Or Bachelor’s/Master’s in HR, Management, Talent Acquisition or related field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced Ed-tech environment
