Location: Tehsil Camp, Panipat
Working Days: 6 Days a Week

About the Role:
Dangi Digital Media LLP is seeking a proactive HR Executive – Recruitment to manage the full-cycle recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone passionate about hiring the right talent and contributing to organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions according to hiring requirements.

• Source and engage potential candidates via online platforms and professional networks.

• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and assess candidate skills.

• Post and manage job advertisements across job portals and social media.

• Achieve both individual and team recruitment targets.

• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand current and future manpower needs.

• Schedule interviews and manage all candidate communications.

• Maintain applicant databases and track recruitment progress.

• Conduct background checks and verify candidate documentation.

• Support onboarding and induction processes for selected candidates.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).

• Experience: 1 – 3 years in recruitment or HR ops

• Strong knowledge of resume databases, job portals, and sourcing techniques.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Good judgment and problem-solving mindset.

• Willingness to work 6 days a week.
