🔹 About the Role
Cyber Chord is looking for a dynamic HR professional to build and manage people operations for a fast-growing creative and digital marketing agency. The role requires someone who can handle end-to-end HR, culture building, and hiring creative + technical talent.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment (designers, marketers, developers, sales).
Create hiring pipelines via LinkedIn, job portals, and campus partnerships.
Conduct screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer rollouts.
Develop onboarding processes aligned with agency workflows.
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation.
Build HR policies suitable for a creative agency environment.
Manage employee engagement, retention, and performance tracking.
Maintain compliance, employee records, and HR MIS.
Support leadership in scaling team structure as business grows.
🔹 Required Skills
Experience hiring for digital marketing / creative / IT roles.
Strong understanding of startup or agency hiring dynamics.
Knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle, and compliance.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to work independently and build HR systems from scratch.
🔹 Preferred
Experience in a marketing / advertising agency.
Familiarity with performance metrics and KRAs for creative teams.
