We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Regional Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for our Diagnostics division across the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have experience in hiring for healthcare, diagnostics, or related industries, with a strong understanding of clinical and non-clinical roles.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across the region – sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
Partner with regional business and HR leaders to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning.
Build talent pipelines for key diagnostic roles such as Pathologists, Lab Technicians, Phlebotomists, Operations Staff, Sales & Marketing Executives, etc.
Leverage job portals, internal databases, referrals, and social media to attract talent.
Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and shortlist candidates for final rounds.
Ensure seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Collaborate with corporate TA team and external recruitment partners as needed.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports regularly.
Ensure compliance with hiring standards, diversity goals, and company policies.
Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the Diagnostics, Healthcare, or Pharma industry.
Strong knowledge of clinical hiring, especially lab and field functions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using ATS, Excel, and LinkedIn Talent Solutions.
