
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring the best talent for our company. You will work closely with department heads and HR to understand hiring needs, manage recruitment processes, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing & Recruiting:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
Use various recruiting platforms (job boards, Naukri, LinkedIn, networking events, social media) to source candidates.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Interviewing & Selection:
Coordinate and conduct interviews with candidates, including phone, video, and in-person interviews.
Collaborate with hiring managers to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Ensure a fair and objective interview process that aligns with company values and diversity goals.
Candidate Experience:
Communicate effectively with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Provide a positive, professional experience for all applicants.
Respond to candidate inquiries in a timely manner and maintain strong relationships.
Data & Reporting:
Track recruitment metrics and maintain reports on hiring progress, candidate pipelines, and other relevant data.
Analyze recruitment trends to suggest improvements to processes and strategies.
Onboarding Support:
Assist in the transition from candidate selection to employee onboarding.
Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to succeed.
