Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate screening, interview
coordination, and offer letters.
Develop and execute a smooth onboarding process to welcome new employees and ensure a
positive start.
Attendance & Payroll :
Administer monthly payroll and manage employee benefits.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
HR Administration & Compliance:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Ensure adherence to company policies as needed.
Performance & Development:
Assist in implementing and tracking performance management processes
Help identify training and development needs for employees.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and genera
HR matters.
Organize team-building activities, events, and other initiatives to foster a positive company culture.
Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a fair and timely resolution.
6. MIS Reports :
Preparingr performance monthly etc MIS reports covering key metrics I like employee attendance, leave, payroll,performance etc.
