🔹 Key Responsibilities
You will manage onboarding and offboarding processes, including all documentation.
Preparation of HR letters like offer letters, appointment letters, exit letters, etc.
Handling employee queries, concerns, and maintaining good employee relations.
Managing employee data, records, and documentation properly and accurately.
Ensuring all HR tasks are completed on time and without delays.
🔹 Important Requirement
One key expectation is experience in the India staffing industry, especially in Employee Relations (ER). This is mandatory for the role.
