About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive for the real estate industry. The role primarily focuses on Talent Acquisition (60%) along with HR Operations (40%) and partial administration responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements, and hands-on experience in HR operations and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Handle end-to-end recruitment for Sales, CRM, Presales, Marketing, HR, Accounts, and other departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, consultants, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate further interview rounds.
Manage interview scheduling, follow-ups, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring MIS, and candidate pipelines.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and closure timelines.
Ensure a smooth onboarding and joining experience for new employees.
Work on employer branding and recruitment drives when required.
HR Operations
Manage employee documentation, personnel files, and HR records.
Support payroll inputs, attendance monitoring, leave management, and employee data management.
Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and cultural initiatives.
Handle induction and orientation processes for new joiners.
Support performance management and appraisal coordination.
Ensure HR policies and company processes are followed across departments.
Address basic employee queries and coordinate with management for resolution.
Administration Support'
Coordinate office administration activities and vendor follow-ups.
Monitor office discipline, housekeeping, stationery, and general administrative requirements.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and employee activities.
Coordinate with admin vendors and maintain basic administrative records.
