Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from identifying potential candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should be able to attract top talent, maintain strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a seamless hiring experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from various platforms (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, etc.)
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial telephonic interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job posting to offer negotiation.
Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment tracking sheets.
Develop job descriptions and specifications for open roles.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support onboarding and documentation for new hires.
Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience (1–3 years) as a recruiter or in a similar HR role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience with job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet hiring deadlines.
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and onboarding processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in FMCG, NGO, Manufacturing, IT, etc. recruitment.
Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies.
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
