Position Overview:

Club Malwa Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Executive with strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and hands-on experience in HR operations. The ideal candidate will support the HR department in recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, and daily HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of active candidates and ensure a positive hiring experience.

• Oversee HR operations such as attendance management, leave tracking, and employee file maintenance.

• Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and internal events.

• Support resource allocation for new joiners and general office HR requirements.

• Assist in the implementation and adherence to HR policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR or talent acquisition.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
