Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, onboarding)
Maintain employee records and attendance
Draft offer & appointment letters and other HR documents
Coordinate payroll and leave management
Support employee engagement & grievance handling
Ensure compliance with HR policies and company regulations
