We're looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive who understands the pace and pulse of creative teams and can support our growth through efficient hiring, onboarding, and employee engagement strategies.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end recruitment for creative and technical roles (e.g., SEO specialists, content writers, designers, PPC experts).
Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and assist in selection processes.
Create compelling job descriptions tailored to digital marketing roles.
Manage smooth onboarding and induction for new hires.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities (online and offline).
Maintain high morale, culture fit, and team bonding among creative professionals.
Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and attendance (in office or hybrid setup).
Handle HR documentation, including offer letters, NDAs, and exit formalities.
Assist with policy creation and implementation suited for a digital-first company.
Track employee performance reviews and assist managers in review cycles.
Coordinate with leadership for team feedback, grievance resolution, and appraisals.
Ensure compliance with HR regulations and best practices.
Design internal announcements, festival greetings, and team celebrations using tools like Canva.
Create hiring creatives for social media in collaboration with the marketing team.
MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant discipline.
1–3 years of HR experience (agency or marketing sector preferred).
Knowledge of modern recruitment methods, employee engagement, and HR documentation.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with tools like Excel, MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and HRMS software.
Experience hiring for marketing/design/tech roles.
Basic understanding of digital marketing terminologies.
Prior exposure to startup or agency culture.
