Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist the HR team in recruitment and talent acquisition activities.
2. Source and screen candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn and other channels.
3. Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
4. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.
5. Assist with onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
6. Support HR documentation and day-to-day administrative activities.
7. Coordinate with employees and candidates for HR-related queries.
8. Prepare basic recruitment reports and maintain MIS.
9. Assist the HR team in employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
