JOB SUMMARY
Assist with the day to day activities of human resources operations of the organization to ensure the smooth operation of human resources in establishment.
Adhere to local regulations health, safety or other compliance requirements, as well as aware of local policies and procedures & compliances.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Sound experience of Human Resources
Through understanding of HR and related concepts
Excellent communication skills and writing skills
Positive approach
Problem solving approach and ability to generate ideas and solutions
Should be well versed with excel, PPT, and excel formulas
Familiar with Time office administration- maintenance of muster roll, daily attendance etc
Preparing various reports like, Manpower, Updating manpower, taking care of Reimbursements etc
Exposure into PF, ESIC, LWF, other compliance related to as per labour laws
Must be able to conduct training & employees engagement activities and recruitment whenever required
