HR Executive

Job Title: Human Resource Executive

Location: Jaipur

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs

Manage job postings, follow-ups, and selection process

Conduct reference checks and issue offer letters

2. Onboarding & Induction

Handle documentation, joining formalities, and orientation

Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new employees

3. HR Operations & Compliance

Maintain employee records and HR database

Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination

Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)

Draft HR policies, letters, and employee documentation

4. Employee Relations & Engagement

Address employee queries and concerns

Plan engagement activities, events, and internal communication

Support performance management process

5. Training & Development

Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions

Maintain training records and follow-up on progress

Requirements:

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field

1–2years of experience in HR roles (fresher with strong skills can apply)

Good understanding of HR operations, recruitment, and HRMS

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work independently
