Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, payroll inputs, etc.).
Assist in performance appraisal processes and employee engagement activities.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).
Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, warning, relieving, etc.).
Address employee grievances and provide support for a positive work culture.
Administration
Oversee office administration, housekeeping, and vendor management.
Handle procurement of office supplies and ensure maintenance of office assets.
Maintain documentation, files, and administrative records.
Coordinate travel, meetings, and company events.
Liaise with external agencies, consultants, and government departments when required.
Bookkeeping / Accounts Support
Record day-to-day financial transactions (vouchers, receipts, payments).
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Prepare and update purchase/sales entries in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP).
Coordinate with external accountants/auditors for monthly/annual closing.
Generate basic MIS reports related to accounts and HR.
