JOB BRIEF: - To develop HR policies for employee high performance by creating a culture in organization for attracting new talents and retaining the existing employees.

Prepare all HR related documents & Policies
Focus on Hiring
Communication with team on Management’s Behalf
EDUCATION & Experience
Minimum Education: - Graduate with MBA in HR / PGDM (HR)
Minimum Experience HR: - 1+ Years in similar domain
