Job Title: HR Generalist Location: Brother’s Tech Solutions Employment Type: Full-time (On NAARI Payroll)About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and proactive HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience in HR generalist functions. The candidate will be responsible for handling recruitment, payroll, compliances, and other day-to-day HR operations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Key Responsibilities* Manage end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.* Handle payroll processing and ensure accurate salary disbursement.* Ensure statutory compliances (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.) are adhered to in a timely manner.* Maintain employee records and HR documentation.* Support in drafting HR policies and implementing HR initiatives.* Address employee queries and provide assistance in HR-related matters.* Coordinate with management and employees to foster a positive workplace environment.Requirements* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.* 2–3 years of relevant HR experience in recruitment, payroll, and compliances.* Good knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliances.* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools.* Preferably female candidates.Employment Details* Payroll: NAARI* Work Location: Brother’s Tech Solutions
