1) Recruitment and Onboarding:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and effective recruitment.
Conduct new employee onboarding activities, including orientation, completion of required paperwork, and facilitating smooth integration into the organization.
2) Employee Relations:
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, policies, and procedures.
Address employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances in a timely and confidential manner.
Mediate and facilitate conflict resolution and disciplinary processes, ensuring fairness and adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
3) Performance Management:
Administer the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans.
Assist managers in providing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to enhance employee performance.
Support the implementation of performance management tools and systems.
4) HR Policy and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with changing laws and organizational needs.
Communicate and educate employees on HR policies, benefits, and programs.
5) Training and Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee training programs.
Assist in the design and delivery of training sessions on HR-related topics, including onboarding, performance management, diversity and inclusion, and other relevant areas.
Support the implementation of learning and development initiatives.
6) HR Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS system.
Prepare HR reports and analytics, including headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
Generate data-driven insights to support HR decision-making and strategic initiatives.
7) Employee Engagement:
Support employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, recognition programs, and social events.
Collaborate with the HR team to foster a positive work culture and promote employee well-being.
8) HR Projects and Initiatives:
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, such as process improvements, policy revisions, and organizational development efforts.
Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and legal requirements.
9) Documentation and Audit:
Ensure and maintain various documentation according to ISO Standards by coordinating with QMS Department.
Participate in Audits and represent HR Department in Internal/ External audit Process.
