As an HR Executive at Blowhot Kitchen Appliances Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle from hiring to separation. Our ideal candidate should have experience in handling HR-related tasks and should be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.

Job Responsibilities:

· Support full-cycle recruitment processes

· Maintain accurate employee records and databases

· Conduct induction and orientation sessions for new joiners.

· Support employee engagement activities and resolve day-to-day HR queries.

· Coordinate training and development programs

· Assist with performance management activities

· Support policy development and implementation

Qualifications:
