We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented Employee Engagement Executive to drive initiatives that improve employee satisfaction, motivation, culture, and overall workplace experience. The role will be responsible for planning and executing employee engagement activities, internal communication initiatives, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, events, celebrations, and team-building initiatives.
Develop and implement employee engagement calendars in coordination with business teams.
Conduct employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, and feedback sessions.
Coordinate employee celebrations, festivals, birthdays, work anniversaries, and special events.
Support internal communication initiatives and ensure timely communication of HR programs and activities.
Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational culture and employee connect.
Maintain engagement activity records, participation data, and employee feedback reports.
Identify opportunities to improve employee morale, collaboration, and workplace culture.
Support onboarding and other employee experience initiatives where required.
Coordinate with vendors and external partners for employee engagement events and activities.
Ensure engagement activities are conducted within approved budgets and timelines.

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR or a related specialization will be an advantage.
