Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter / HR Executive with 1–3 years of experience in recruitment and HR operations. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, employee onboarding, and supporting day-to-day HR activities.
Key Responsibilities – Recruitment & Hiring
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancy networks.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with department heads.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and candidate database.
• Follow up with selected candidates for joining formalities.
Key Responsibilities – HR Operations
• Assist in employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and attendance data.
• Support payroll inputs and leave management.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, appointment letters, and warning letters.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
Compliance & Administration
• Basic knowledge of PF, ESIC, labor laws, and statutory compliance.
• Maintain HR MIS reports and employee data.
• Coordinate with different departments for manpower planning.
Required Skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment process and HR functions.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Qualification
• MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any graduate with HR experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment or HR Operations.
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Candidate should be from Surat or nearby areas.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing or corporate recruitment will be an added advantage.
