Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end payroll processing (monthly payroll, salary slips, reimbursements).
Ensure accurate calculation of salary, deductions, incentives, overtime, and leave.
Manage statutory compliances such as PF, ESI, PT, TDS, Gratuity.
Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual payroll reports.
Coordinate with finance and auditors for payroll-related activities.
Maintain employee payroll data, attendance, and leave records.
Handle payroll queries and resolve employee concerns.
Support HR operations including onboarding, exit formalities, and documentation.
