The HR Executive is responsible for managing various human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, payroll coordination, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role supports creating a positive workplace culture and contributes to employee growth and organizational success
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Staffing:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection).
Maintain employee records and onboarding formalities.
Employee Relations & Engagement:
Address employee queries and grievances in a professional manner.
Organize employee engagement activities and team-building programs.
Performance Management:
Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
Support managers in setting employee goals and development plans.
Training & Development:
Identify training needs and coordinate employee learning sessions.
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
Payroll & Compliance:
Coordinate with accounts/finance team for payroll processing.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
HR Policies & Documentation:
Draft and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
Maintain accurate HR documentation and reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in HR or related roles.
Knowledge of labor laws, HR software, and best practices.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
