HR Executive

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The intern will assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment support, employee engagement activities, documentation, and HR database management. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices and develop professional skills in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.

• Support in maintaining employee records and HR documentation.

• Day-to-day Scheduling and conducting interviews.

• Help in coordinating employee engagement activities.

• Assist the HR team in daily administrative tasks.

• Contribute to HR projects as needed.

Requirements:

• A minimum of a graduate candidate is needed.

• Good communication and organizational skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Willingness to learn and adapt.
