HR Executive

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Sourcing & Talent Acquisition: Proactively identify potential candidates using LinkedIn, social media, job boards, and networking to build a strong talent pipeline.

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate with departments to understand staffing needs, define job requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies

• Screening & Selection: Review resumes, conduct phone/video screenings, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salary and benefits packages, and manage the pre-onboarding process.

• ATS Maintenance & Reporting: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and report on key recruitment metrics like time-to-hire.

• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for applicants, maintaining regular communication throughout the hiring process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency).

• Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills.

• Understanding of employment laws and legislation.
