Shall act as a face of the company in attending to Guests / Visitors & ensure proper hospitality.
Shall ensure to have flower arrangements & update the welcome board, during Customer visits or any other important visitors
Shall ensure to take care of food arrangements as per the checklist
Shall ensure to maintain good housekeeping and best practices for maitaing the entire premises and guest houses well.
Shall make checklist for office boys and Housekeeing and ensure that they do the work as per checklist
Shall ensure that the payments of employees in guest house has been made regularly.
Shall ensure all the groceries and other items given to guest house on regular basis.
