🔹 Job Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment and hiring
• Screening and shortlisting candidates
• Interview coordination and follow-ups
• Handling job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
• Vendor coordination and freelancer hiring
• Maintaining recruitment trackers and reports

🔹 Required Skills:
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Basic knowledge of recruitment process
✔ Experience in HR / Recruitment preferred
✔ Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed & ATS platforms
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

🔹 Preferred Candidates:
