We are seeking a versatile HR Specialist to oversee the full employee lifecycle, from initial sourcing and recruitment to onboarding and employee relations. You will be the primary point of contact for staff inquiries and the strategic partner for department heads looking to grow their teams. The ideal candidate balances a data-driven approach to recruiting with a genuine commitment to fostering a positive company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full-Cycle Recruitment
Sourcing: Identify top-tier talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networking.
Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings to assess cultural fit and technical competency.
Offer Management: Coordinate with hiring managers to draft competitive offer letters and manage negotiations.
2. Onboarding & Engagement
Design and facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new hires to ensure rapid integration.
Organize team-building events and employee engagement surveys to monitor organizational "pulse."
3. Compliance & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with local and federal labor laws.
Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies.
Handle employee relations issues with a focus on conflict resolution and fair mediation.
4. Performance Management
Support the annual performance review process and provide coaching to managers on delivering constructive feedback.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 6+ years of experience. Knowledge of resume databases and strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
