Job Description

Role & responsibilities;

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Post job advertisements on job boards and social media

  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews

  • Assist in onboarding new employees (document collection, ID creation, orientation support)

2. HR Administration

  • Maintain employee personal files and HR databases

  • Track attendance, leaves, and punctuality

  • Help in preparing offer letters, appointment letters, and contracts

3. Payroll & Benefits Assistance

  • Collect timesheets and leave data for payroll processing

  • Help manage employee reimbursements and benefits queries

4. Policy Communication

  • Distribute and explain HR policies to new and existing staff

  • Ensure HR notices, updates, and forms are circulated properly

5. Employee Engagement Support

  • Assist in organizing internal events, birthday celebrations, and engagement activities

  • Gather feedback and help in executing HR initiatives

6. Compliance & Filing

  • Help maintain compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)

  • File and manage statutory documents under supervision

7. Exit Formalities

  • Assist in conducting exit interviews and clearance processes

  • Collect IDs, access cards, and update offboarding records

Preferred candidate profile;

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in an HR or administrative role (internships count)

  • Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)

  • Familiarity with HR software or HRIS

  • Eager to learn, dependable, and team-oriented
