Job Responsibilities:
Handle recruitment and candidate sourcing.

Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Manage joining formalities and onboarding.
Handle attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
Support payroll and other HR activities.
Assist management with day-to-day HR operations.
Skills Required:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Good knowledge of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Good coordination and follow-up skills.
