Key Responsibilities:
✅ Process monthly payroll and maintain payroll records
✅ Handle employee relations, grievances & day-to-day HR queries
✅ Maintain employee records, HR databases & documentation
✅ Coordinate employee onboarding – documentation & induction
✅ Assist with HR-related admin tasks across departments

Requirements:
▸ MBA / PGDM in HR or related field (Freshers welcome!)
▸ 0 – 2 years of experience in HR operations / payroll / admin
▸ Basic knowledge of payrolls
▸ Good communication & interpersonal skills
▸ Proficient in MS Excel & MS Office
▸ Detail-oriented, proactive & trustworthy
