We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our growing team at Netaji Subhash Place (NSP), Delhi. As an HR Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent for various job roles across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates using job portals, social media platforms, and employee referrals.

• Review and screen resumes to shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fit.

• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.

• Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.

• Follow up with candidates during and after the selection process.

• Assist in the onboarding and documentation process of selected candidates.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of the recruitment and hiring process.

• Confident in making calls and engaging with candidates.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Sheets.

• A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
