Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Screening: Identifying potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking events) and reviewing resumes/applications.
Interviewing and Evaluating: Conducting phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
