Key Responsibilities
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for real estate calling and sales roles – from job briefing to offer closure.
• Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, niche job boards, referrals, and talent communities.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess cultural & skill fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, SLAs, and selection criteria.
• Design and post engaging job ads across platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, company career page).
• Build talent pools for critical and recurring roles.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, source effectiveness, offer acceptance rates).
