The HR Executive will manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee lifecycle management, attendance, payroll coordination, compliance, and employee engagement for the automobile dealership.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Hiring
Source candidates for roles like Sales Executive, Telecaller, Technician, and Support Staff
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate with department heads for final selection
Handle joining formalities and documentation
2. Employee Management
Maintain employee records (joining, exit, attendance)
Handle onboarding and induction process
Manage employee queries and HR support
3. Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Track daily attendance and leaves
Coordinate with accounts team for salary processing
Maintain salary records and incentives (especially for sales staff)
4. Compliance & Documentation
Maintain PF, ESI, and statutory records
Handle UAN, Form 19, Form 10C related work
Ensure all employee files are updated (Aadhar, PAN, bank details, etc.)
5. Employee Engagement
Maintain positive work environment
Handle grievances and disciplinary actions
Support employee retention activities
6. Exit Process
Handle resignation, full & final settlement
Issue experience letter, relieving letter, service certificate
Required Skills
Basic knowledge of HR processes
Good communication (Hindi & English)
MS Excel & documentation skills
Ability to manage hiring under pressure
Understanding of labour laws (basic level)
Qualification
Graduate (any stream) / BBA / MBA (HR preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years (Automobile industry preferred)
Salary Range
₹16,000 – ₹17,000 (depending on experience)
