•HR Executive
### Role & Responsibilities
• Understand hiring requirements and job descriptions.
• Post and manage vacancies on job portals.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals and databases.
• Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews.
• Coordinate written tests, demos, and interviews.
• Complete joining documentation and issue HR letters.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and training schedules.
• Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.
• Monitor probation and prepare confirmation reports.
• Update HR documents, master data, and MIS reports.
• Manage employee engagement activities such as birthday wishes and announcements.
• Ensure proper maintenance of HR records and compliance.
### Preferred Candidate Profile
• Graduate/MBA in Human Resources or a related field.
• 4-5 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and Google Sheets.
• Experience with job portals such as Naukri, Apna, Indeed, etc.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with problem-solving ability.
