1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Handle end-to-end recruitment for sales, operations, dealers, and support roles.
Coordinate interviews, offer letters, and joining formalities.
Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
2. HR Operations
Maintain employee records, HRMIS, attendance, and leave management.
Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmations, and exit documentation.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
3. Payroll & Compliance
Coordinate payroll processing with the accounts team.
Ensure statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, PT, Gratuity, and labor laws.
Manage compliance related to SEBI regulations (as applicable to broking firms).
4. Employee Relations
Address employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.
Support performance appraisal and increment processes.
Promote positive employee engagement and workplace culture.
5. Policy & Documentation
Implement and monitor HR policies and SOPs.
Ensure adherence to internal HR policies and regulatory standards.
Assist in audits and compliance documentation.
6. Exit Management
Manage employee resignations, notice periods, and full & final settlements.
Conduct exit interviews and maintain records.
