We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, support employee lifecycle processes, and ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, screening, interviews, and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance
Support performance management and employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and assist in grievance handling
Implement HR policies, SOPs, and best practices
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field
1–3 years of HR experience (freshers may apply if strong fundamentals)
Knowledge of HR processes, and MS Office
Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
