About the Role

Agrim Solar is seeking an organized and proactive HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations, end-to-end recruitment pipelines, onboarding compliance, and monthly payroll support.

Key Responsibilities

● Daily Operations: Oversee daily attendance tracking, register audits, and address workplace queries or employee relations.

● Recruitment & Onboarding: Conduct candidate telephonic screenings, schedule interviews, maintain hiring pipelines, and execute Day-1 onboarding documentation.

● Payroll & Billing Support: Reconcile contractor invoices, compile monthly attendance/leave data, and support timely salary disbursements.

● Reporting: Maintain real-time tracking sheets in Google Workspace and align regularly with the HR Manager.

Requirements

● Experience: 1–3 years in HR operations, recruitment, or administration (Solar/Manufacturing/Field Operations experience is a plus).

● Skills: Proficient in Google Sheets / Workspace, detail-oriented, and strong operational discipline.

● Communication: Clear written and verbal communication skills.
