Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Executive Intern to assist the HR department in day-to-day HR operations. The intern will support recruitment activities, attendance management, and general HR administrative work.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities (screening resumes, coordinating interviews).
Maintain daily attendance of employees and site staff.
Support onboarding and documentation of new joiners.
Maintain employee records and HR files (physical and digital).
Coordinate with site supervisors and department heads for manpower details.
Assist in preparing HR reports and MIS as required.
Support HR team in day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Handle other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
