Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 per month (based on experience & skill set)

Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
We are seeking a versatile and self-motivated Recruiter / HR Executive / Admin to oversee end-to-end recruitment, employee coordination, and office administration. This is a hybrid role requiring strong people skills, organizational ability, and ownership of both HR and administrative tasks.
Source, screen, and schedule candidates for various roles
Conduct telephonic interviews and coordinate with hiring managers
Maintain a database of applicants and interview status
Onboard new employees and explain HR policies
Assist with attendance, payroll data, and employee records
Handle day-to-day HR queries and employee support
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain and organize physical and digital office documents
Order and manage office supplies and vendor coordination
Handle basic bookkeeping support (if needed)
Schedule internal meetings and maintain office calendars
Assist in managing office facilities and ensuring smooth daily operations
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, or admin roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Detail-oriented and highly organized
