We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in Real Estate hiring. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Sales Executives, Telecallers, Property Advisors, Field Staff, and Managerial Positions.
Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various real estate roles
Effectively utilize job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks
Schedule and conduct interviews and maintain follow-ups until onboarding
Coordinate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
Achieve monthly recruitment targets
Manage HR documentation and complete joining formalities
Minimum 4–5 years of recruitment experience in the Real Estate sector
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good coordination and team handling skills
