HR Executive

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in Real Estate hiring. The ideal candidate should be able to manage end-to-end recruitment for roles such as Sales Executives, Telecallers, Property Advisors, Field Staff, and Managerial Positions.

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various real estate roles

• Effectively utilize job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and professional networks

• Schedule and conduct interviews and maintain follow-ups until onboarding

• Coordinate closely with department heads to understand hiring needs

• Achieve monthly recruitment targets

• Manage HR documentation and complete joining formalities

• Minimum 4–5 years of recruitment experience in the Real Estate sector

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Good coordination and team handling skills
