Role & responsibilities
Fulfill warehouse manpower requirements and coordinate hiring processes.
Manage the joining formalities and onboarding of new employees.
Handle ESIC registration and basic statutory compliance.
Coordinate with Unit Heads and Co-ordinators for smooth operations.
Provide employee support and maintain strong communication.
Preferred candidate profile
Strong communication and coordination skills
Knowledge of ESIC & HR operations
Good documentation and MS Excel skills
