The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. This involves tasks like maintaining compliance with employment laws, managing employee benefits and payroll, and handling employee relations in accordance with legal guidelines. They also play a crucial role in policy development, training, and record-keeping to ensure the organization operates ethically and legally.
