We are looking for a HR Executive to join our team at A S Pharma Private Limited to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The tasks include identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will be responsible for updating job ads and conducting background checks of candidates. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹20000 - ₹25000 and growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with departmental heads to understand staffing needs and define role requirements.
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and onboarding of new employees.
Conduct initial candidate screenings through various job portals.
Coordinate and conduct both virtual and in-person interviews with candidates.
Manage the maintenance, verification, and updating of employee documents.
Assist in conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback.
Support the planning and coordination of employee training and development initiatives.
Requirements:
Prior Experience of HR Department is required.
Basic computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with employees and candidates.
Must hold a Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
