Job Description – HR Executive

We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team at 8 Directions Security Services Pvt. Ltd. to manage the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization. The role involves identifying potential candidates, interviewing, and evaluating them. You will also be responsible for updating job advertisements and coordinating background verification of shortlisted candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update job descriptions as per manpower requirements

• Source and engage candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals

• Conduct screening calls and schedule interviews

• Advertise job openings on job portals and social media platforms

• Shortlist candidates and coordinate with operations/hiring managers

• Maintain recruitment data and employee records

• Support onboarding and joining formalities

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Graduate / Undergraduate

• Experience: 0–2 years in recruitment or HR operations

• Good knowledge of resume databases and job portals

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and screening

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Must be comfortable working 6 days a week

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
