We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible HR Executive to manage backend HR operations. The role primarily involves background verification, onboarding processes, documentation, and coordination of HR support activities across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct employee background verification and maintain verification records
Handle employee onboarding and induction processes
Scan, verify, and maintain employee documents (ID proof, address proof, certificates, etc.)
Coordinate bank account creation for employees and ensure proper documentation
Manage ID card processing and issuance
Handle HR materials purchase and inventory Maintain accurate employee files, records, and HR databases
Support end-to-end HR backend processes for all departments
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors when required
Ensure compliance with company policies and HR procedures
Required Skills & Competencies
Good knowledge of HR processes and documentation
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, scanning & filing)
Good coordination and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Willingness to support multi-site HR operations
