We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to support the Human Resources department in recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance management, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and experience in handling HR activities in a fast-paced real estate environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and candidate follow-ups.
Coordinate employee onboarding and induction programs.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, leave management, and employee database updates.
Support payroll inputs and employee verification processes.
Assist in employee engagement activities and company events.
Prepare HR reports, recruitment trackers, and MIS reports.
Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
