Your key responsibilities Technical Excellence As a member of the PAS team focused on HR and business performance, you will join a talented group of professionals that help support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits plans and benchmarking, manage people risks, support change efforts to help organizations to successfully transition to a future state, and advise organizations on a range of challenges associated with Total Rewards. Skills and attributes To qualify for the role you must have Qualification Master of Business Administration PG Diploma in Human Resource Management Bachelor of Business Administration Bachelor of Commerce Experience 2 to 5 years of experience post MBA in HR role (compensation and benefits, rewards consulting, compensation benchmarking, performance management etc.) What we look for People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
